We provide consultation services to agencies, establishments, and firms, providing services to or endeavoring to provide services to individuals, couples and families experiencing homelessness with mental health support needs. We have combined over 37 years of experience providing for the residential and mental health support needs for persons residing in NYC shelters, receiving care on an inpatient psychiatric unit, transitional housing programs, and permanent supportive housing programs. As a former liscensed Real Estate Agent through Citi-Wide Apartments, and in concert with Green Pond Realty, and as the Admin./Receptionist, promoted to Asset Manager of a Boutique Real Estate firm, in NYC, we also can provide administrative supports for the management of your properties. In addition, within the Social Service Academy online training platform (socialserviceacademy.com), content  although it was primarly designed for direct social service providers, can also be helpful for anyone providing services to others, include persons in any type of customer service capacity.
