Here’s a look at Affordable Housing Units at 555Ten, located on 41st and 10th. Extell Development and SLCE Architects created the 600 unit building, and now offering an additional 90 units of Affordable Housing. where applications are being accepted until October 23rd, 2017.  Combined with the previous 120 units, Extell is providing so far, 210 units of Affordable Housing starting at $613 per month for a Studio. See the income eligibility breakdown here which begins at studios for 1 person with income of $22,908 to $26,720, to 1 person renting a 1 Bedroom for $659 per month, with income of $24,5499 – $26,720 or max $30, 560 for two persons renting a 1 Bedroom and continues from there.
