Elton Crossing, located in the Melrose section of the Bronx now has 198 new units of Affordable Housing Available! Amenities include; Laundry, (potentially coin operated), a Fitness Center, landscaped seating, gardening for residents, half time concierge services and a half time Site Manager are available. Here is the income breakdown: At 30% AMI (Area Medium Income), 1, 2 and 3 Bedrooms are available at $396, $482 and $551 for persons with incomes that range from $15,532 to $33,210. At 40% AMI, Studios, 1, 2 and 3 Bedrooms are available at $519, $558, $676 and $775 for persons with incomes that range from $19,680 to $44,280. At 50% AMI, Studios, 1, 2 and 3 Bedrooms are available at $670, $720, $870 and $1,000 for incomes ranging from $24,858 – $55,350. At 60% AMI, studios, 1, 2 and 3 Bedrooms are available for $822, $882, $1,065, and $1,224 for persons with incomes that range from $30,069 to $66,420. With AMI at 100% Studios, 1, 2 and 3 Bedrooms are available at $996, $1,254, $1,511, $1,740, for persons with incomes ranging from $36,035 to $110,700. 38 New Units are available in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, located at 695 Grand Street with 12 units set aside for formerly homeless persons making this eight story building Fully Affordable!
